Web 2.0 Designer / Developer
Anvil Digital is looking for a multi-skilled Web 2.0 Designer/Developer to join our team of talented designers, Flash developers, .net developers, 3D specialists and video editors to collaborate and work closely on cutting edge Web 2.0 applications and design.
Absolutely Required
- Strong, clean, visual design sense
- Demonstrated experience in designing usable web-based interfaces
- Ability to find creative solutions to deliver designs that encourage the best user experience
- Experience in designing and building HTML code with CSS
- A natural sense to create storyboards and mock ups of concepts
- Ability to create and work from wireframes to bring a concept to life
- Proficiency in the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to solve cross browser technical issues and determine the best solution to support leading browsers
- Formal training and/or education in the creative field
Strongly Recommended
- Someone who enjoys staying up to date on current design trends and techniques
- Familiar with and part of the Web 2.0 community
Nice To Have
- Javascript, Ajax
- Flash experience is an asset
You Can Expect To
- Create layouts and concepts primarily using Adobe Photoshop, although a good working knowledge of InDesign and Illustrator is expected
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team
- Wear many hats in a project to deliver the highest quality products and designs
